Jos is a sports and entertainment marketing professional with over 10 years’ experience with CSM, specialising in strategy, campaign planning and development of new partnership opportunities. She has significant experience of leading major client accounts for both brands and rights holders across a number of sports. From boots on the ground match management to fully integrated marketing campaigns for major brands including Dove, Sure, Investec, Vitality and Aon, Jos has a broad foundation of knowledge from which to build and develop partnership strategies that drive measurable returns.

In her time in the industry Jos has seen the world of sponsorship evolve from ‘Chairman’s Whim’ to fully fledged ‘passion marketing’ and her role within the agency exposes her to sectors as diverse as FMCG, finance, betting and more. Whilst each has its own priorities, she enjoys distilling her clients’ challenges and bringing a bespoke team together to tell powerful stories and shift behaviours amongst audiences captured by their passion points whether it be sport, music or something else entirely!
