John joined Clear to co-lead the financial services practice and support the corporate team, with a specific interest in grounding brand and marketing strategies based in rigorous insight and commerciality. This has been leveraged in helping clients by crystallising their propositions in market and arming the marketing and sales teams with tangible tools and guidance to help enhance client experiences. John relishes a tough client issue and has a keen interest in helping clients with complex value chains and our buying processes (including Anglo American, Zurich Financial, Phillips 66 and MetLife).
John studied political science at Yale University. He began his career at Lippincott, honing his skills in brand and creative strategy for a range of global consumer brands. John then worked at Prophet, a global brand and growth strategy consultancy, where he spent 8 years across 3 countries working on developing breakthrough brand and marketing strategies across a range of organisations and industries.
