David Jackson, was founder and CEO of feedback specialists Clicktools Limited and a recognised expert in the area of customer focused organisations. David developed and is Lead Assessor for the Excellence in Customer Experience Awards and Accreditation programme for ten years, a scheme to identify companies that excel in customer experience. David has had many articles published, and is an author and contributor to several books. His book, Dynamic Organisations: The Challenge of Change describing a holistic approach to building successful, customer focused organisations was Blackstone’s Business Book of the Month when launched. Alun Cathcart, the Chairman of Avis Europe described the book as “essential reading for those who have the responsibility for leading tomorrow’s organisations.” In the free time he is able to scrape together, David enjoys time with his family and interest in food and wine . He has recently taken up watercolour painting, at which he needs much practice!
