Claire is a Behavioural Copywriter with seven years’ experience of applying psychology and Behavioural Economics to financial communications for Lloyds Banking Group brands. She specialises in communicating sensitive messages and those with significant effects on customers. Most recently, she has written tricky communications designed to disrupt deeply ingrained credit card payment behaviour in customers, with a view to helping them pay off their cards significantly quicker and saving themselves money.
Working with the Mandatory and Regulatory team, Claire has developed a tailored communications model to help colleagues leverage behavioural insights to prompt positive financial decision-making in customers. Claire is also a speaker and training facilitator and is currently developing bespoke behavioural copywriting training to inform the Education, Legal and Charity Sectors for the benefit of service users.
