Christopher Brooks is Managing Director at Clientship, the Customer Strategy Agency, and believes the most sustainable marketing solutions are those developed with the customer at the heart of all decision making. It is this approach that has attracted some of the biggest brands in the service industry. He has held head of direct role with a protection firm through to agency brand and comms planning for clients such as Nationwide, JPMorgan, Investec, American Express and Aviva. Christopher now helps companies shape their customer strategies including agnostic solutions and mentoring across customer insight optimisation, customer value proposition and customer experience programme design and delivery. Clients include Park Inn Hotels, William Hill, Hiscox, Barclaycard, Wolters Kluwer and Visa and provides strategic planning to a host of brand and communication agencies. Christopher has been vice chair of the DMA DS council and is a regular judge for customer marketing effectiveness awards.
