Charlotte has extensive research and insight experience, gained through agency and client-side roles. She has worked across a broad range of sectors, both in the UK and internationally; covering brand, product, comms and customer experience research, amongst consumer and B2B audiences. Charlotte joined L&G in 2014 and leads the research programme across business divisions; delivering strategic direction and project oversight, as well as best practice consultancy.
