Ben is the co-founder of Life Moments, a B2B2C robo guidance platform helping clients to deliver better customer outcomes in a data-driven age. Ben left banking –18 years at HSBC - to start Life Moments following the Financial Advice Market Review. Their LifeHub platform has a particular focus on tailored communications - delivered as robo-coaching - which can be dropped into any 'life moment’ to support a customer from first trigger to action or transaction. The platform offers non-regulated guidance and the team work closely with regulated advisors and providers to navigate advice boundaries whilst helping the customer. LifeHub has been tested in the first time buyer market via FirstHomeCoach which has helped over 85,000 customers. They are now working with firms to deliver white-label propositions whilst also preparing to enter the retirement space.
