Responsible for planning, brand strategy, change management, and innovation for the global marketing team across BlackRock, iShares and Aladdin brands. Prior to BlackRock, Andy spent 13 years working for various advertising agencies across London including JWT, CHI&Partners and Hatched London working with clients such as HSBC, The Times & Sunday Times, Kraft Foods, & General Electric (GE).
