Adam Baines

Adam is an experienced change communications consultant and has delivered major transformations, strategy change, leadership engagement, culture change and employee engagement programmes for a wide range of large FS organisations. These include: Prudential, UBS, Thomson Reuters, MS Amlin, Euroclear and Liberty Speciality Markets. Adam has won a number of awards; one of which was Media Guardian Innovation award for his work supporting the BBC’s landmark move from analogue to digital. Adam has strong knowledge of neuroscience and presents to industry forums on: ‘Is Change Comms a Science?’.
